2004 House
The four of us have lived in a 24x24' 2 story, 2 bedroom, 1 bath house. We planned to live there for 3-4 years and move after our daughter Thea was born. Did I mention one bathroom and two bedrooms for four people!? Well it's been almost ten years later, and we've finally moved!
The house is on a 305x100' lot (plans for a backyard Velodrome are in the works :) with well water and septic system. There's a full basement, two stories with three (did I mention THREE!) full bathrooms and three bedrooms. The master bedroom alone is over 500sq feet. Three bathrooms, three bedrooms. Yes!!
Job one was to rip out all carpeting on the second floor and replace with hardwood and have the first floor floors refinished (space heater "stains" were in several places in each room). Next was to have all rooms painted as there current state was taped and partially primed but never finished. The big job is to finish the basement. Oh and fix the roof, the garage roof, the front porch and steps, the back porch, the trees, the yard..... It's the Fisk family extreme home makeover! Oh, did I mention three bathrooms!?
