Full Reset #2 worked like a charm. Momentary sinking feeling when the WDRT installation stalled with “download failed” error, but upon clicking ‘continue’, it completed installing correctly. The rest of the process worked smoothly, although I did not encounter any rollback/UEFI options. Thanks again and much obliged.
